We study the essential outcomes of cancer cell signaling by utilizing a range of proteomics, single-cell omics, and genome editing techniques. Current projects focus on the regulation of rRNA synthesis, proteogenomic analyses of head and neck cancers, targeted therapy resistance in melanoma, and acid-labile phosphorylation.
